Clemens to sign with NYY
Roger Clemens admitted to a crowd yesterday that he will in fact sign with the New York Yankees to pitch for the rest of the season. Clemens will most likely begin pitching sometime in June, but the news should inspire the Yankees. If the Yankees do not make the playoffs however, Clemens will be another wasted $15-20M.
EDIT: Clemens salary is upwards of $28M. This means he will recieve approximately $4.5M per month. I just can't believe how much money they give out these days...
