Tigers Excersize Pudge's Option


The Detroit Tigers made a $10M decision today, excersizing Ivan Rodriguez's contract option, a $13M option with a $3M buyout attached. Most believe the move is decent, especially with the lack of free-agent catchers in the mix. It's still a lot for a .280 hitter with less than 60 RBIs though.
