Cubs Like Greinke

The Chicago Cubs are interested in acquiring SP/RP Zack Greinke from the Kansas City Royals. Greinke's fastball is topped at 96, but his offspeed stuff is what makes him such a valuable part of their bullpen this year. He hasn't had a great time as a starter since his rookie year when he blew off the charts. If the Cubs do want Zack, they've better give quite a bit as i'm not real sure Kansas City wants to ruin their bullpen at all.

I always liked Greinke although he seems to have alot of mental issues on the mound. As a starter i really don't know what happened because he definately has all the tools to be sucessful but he has been fairly solid out of the pen this year. I strongly doubt though that royals would want to weaken their pen anymore than it is though.
