Nationals Send King to Milwaukee
The Washington Nationals sent long-relief man Ray King to the Milwaukee Brewers in return for a PTBNL. King has been the only reliever in the Nationals pen which didn't have a superb to at least decent ERA. Ray threw 33.2 innings this season, allowing a 4.54 ERA and 18/18 K/BB Ratio.
Milwaukee made this deal to shore up their pen for their division battle with the Chicago Cubs, and it could pay dividends as King gets lefties out pretty well.
