BAL Signs Fernando

The Baltimore Orioles have signed former-Indian reliever Fernando Cabrera. The O's have already taken Jeremy Guthrie from Cleveland and made him into a great pitcher, can they do it again? Cabrera is only 25-years old so he still has room to be molded into a great reliever. Scouts believe Fernando has wicked stuff, just hasn't been able to find the command needed to be a credible pitcher. He went 1-2 with a 5.61 ERA in 24 games this season for the Indians before being designated for assignment.
