In Sunday's game against the Boston Red Sox, the Mariner Moose almost ran down the Sox' center fielder Coco Crisp. Crisp took the incident as a joke, but pitching coach John Farrell wasn't as forgiving. He talked with manager Terry Francona, who was in the bathroom at the time, and Mariner's security after Crisp was clipped by the Moose on a ATV. The Mariner's management sent an apology to the Red Sox and said they were thankful no one was hurt. The fun-loving Crisp said that it was the most athletic thing he did all day.
