Mussina At Risk

Joe Torre has made it clear that Yankees pitcher Mike Mussina must pitch better sooner than later to keep his spot in the rotation. The Moose is 8-9 on the season, with a 5.22 ERA and 1.44 WHIP, pathetic numbers especially for a guy who has gave the Yankees so many good seasons before this one. The 40-year old Mussina only went 1 2/3 innings giving up 7 to the Angels, than followed it up with a 5 inning outing giving up 6 earned.
