According to Yahoo Sports, the leading candidate to replace Buddy Bell in the Kansas City Royals dugout is Atlanta Braves hitting coach Terry Pendelton. Ex-Braves Assistant GM and current Royals GM Dayton Moore is very fond of Pendelton, and it will be interesting to see if he will pick up the Royals job. If he does, its not like the team is in any bad shape whatsoever. They've got specs Alex Gordon, Billy Butler, and Luke Hocheaver ready to make splashes, and they are finally developing some talent.
