Otsuka Likely Over for '07


Rangers closer Akinori Otsuka will seek a third option on his sore right forearm today, but it looks like his season will be over. Otsuka hasn't pitched in a game since July 1st and has been examined by orthopedists Dr. Keith Meister and Dr. Lewis Yocum.
