Rockies Sign Dessens

The Colorado Rockies have signed veteran reliever Elmer Dessens to a minor-league contract. Dessens has been changing uniforms quite a bit lately. so it'll be a nice view if the Rockies will allow him to stay with them. Elmer can also pitch in the rotation if the Rockies need him too, a big plus.
