Chamberlain To Be Activated Today

Joba Chamberlain, the top Yankees pitching prospect this side of Phil Hughes, will most likely be activated today and be put into the Yankees bullpen. Aside from Chamberlain, Jim Brower has recently joined the Yanks pen after they designated Mike Myers.

Joba pitched 8 scoreless innings in AAA, and had a 3.35 in 80.1 IP in AA. He's got a tremendous strike out ability, showing off a 18/1 K/BB ratio in those same 8 innings in AAA.
