Shortly after David Wells cleared waivers, information came out that both the Los Angeles Dodgers and Colorado Rockies have talked to San Diego in efforts to acquire the veteran.
Wells has struggled all year in a pitchers' park, so moving to Colorado could be quite deadly for the Rockies, but than again they could use a veteran in their very young rotation. Remember again, David has a 7-game suspension he must serve, so teams are only gonna get a good 7-9 starts from him before year's end.
